1. When can I arrive?Doors open for entry at 4:00 PM with the final admission taking place at 7:00 PM.

2. What is the bottomless drink schedule?Unlimited Martini cocktails are served exclusively between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM. Please check your ticket type as not all tickets have bottomless included.

3. Does my ticket cover food? Only Group bookings have food covered, Individual tickets do not include food. However, a variety of delicious options will be available for purchase at the venue

4. How does seating work?Seating is strictly limited to group bookings. For all other ticket holders, including Early Bird and Standard, space is available on a first-come, first-served basis

5. What should I wear?The dress code is stylish and sophisticated Spring/Summer attire.

6. What items are required for entry?Please ensure you have your email booking confirmation and a valid government-issued photo ID (driving licence or passport).

7. Is there an age restriction?This celebration is strictly for guests aged 18 and over. ID verification will be performed at the entrance.

8. Could I be denied admission?The venue security reserves the right to refuse entry based on non-compliance with the dress code, age requirements, or intoxication levels.

9. If I am denied entry, can I get a refund?Refunds are not provided if admission is refused due to a failure to meet the venue's entry criteria.

10. What happens if I can't make it?We are unable to offer refunds for those who are unable to attend the event.

11. What happens if the event is cancelled?In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, all ticket holders will be issued a full refund.

12. What if the event date is moved?If postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date or can be swapped for credit toward a future Reggae Brunch session.

13. Are the event details finalized?While we aim for consistency, the venue, lineup, and schedule may be adjusted due to external factors.

14. Will there be filming?By attending, you agree to be filmed or photographed for our future promotional materials.

15. The event is at a secret location, how do we know where to go? 

We keep our venue locations confidential, shared only with our members, to preserve an atmosphere of exclusivity and discretion.

We place great emphasis on presentation, carefully selecting venues that reflect sophistication, elegance, and the highest standards of quality. Each space is chosen to embody a refined, luxurious experience. 

Venue location will be released the day before to all ticket holders. The Venue will always take place in the heart of London to make it easy for everyone to attend
